Refund Policy

Our commitment
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If our theme is not the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund process within the conditions below.
Eligibility window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.
Eligible reasons
The theme does not function as described on the product page.
A critical bug or compatibility issue was reported to our support team and could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
You purchased the wrong theme in error and have not installed or used it on any store.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued if the theme has been installed and actively used on a live store.
Dissatisfaction with the design aesthetic, color scheme, or layout — subjective preferences that were visible in the theme preview — does not qualify for a refund.
Issues arising from third-party app conflicts, custom code modifications, or Shopify platform limitations are not grounds for a refund.
Refunds are not available for purchases made as part of a promotional bundle or gift.
How to request
Email hi@ecomx.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your order number or Shopify email, the theme name, and a brief description of the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Shopify and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
Shopify Theme Store purchases
Themes purchased directly through the Shopify Theme Store are subject to Shopify's own refund processes in addition to ours. We will cooperate fully with any Shopify-initiated refund review.
