Terms of Service

By purchasing or downloading any eComX theme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the theme.

These terms apply to all themes sold by eComX ("we", "us", "our") through the Shopify Theme Store or any other channel.

Each theme purchase grants you a single-store, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the theme on one Shopify store that you own or manage.

You may not use the same license on multiple stores. Each additional store requires a separate purchase.

You may customise the theme's code and design for your own use. Customised versions remain subject to this license and may not be redistributed.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the theme available to third parties — whether in its original form or as a derivative work.

You may not claim ownership of the theme or represent it as your own work.

You may not use the theme to build a competing theme product or theme-selling service.

Our themes are built for the Shopify platform. Use of the themes is also subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service. eComX is not responsible for changes to the Shopify platform that affect theme functionality.

Theme updates are provided at our discretion and are included with your purchase at no additional cost. We do not guarantee updates in perpetuity or compatibility with future Shopify versions.

Support is provided as described in our Support Policy and is limited to issues directly related to the theme. Support does not include custom development.

All themes, designs, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of eComX and are protected by copyright law. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.

Themes are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the themes will meet your specific business requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eComX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our themes — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the theme in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this website. Continued use of the theme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
